Bio

Hello, my name is Mr. Stumpf and I am an art teacher in the Anchor Bay School District at Ashley Elementary.  I have been teaching in the district since 1992 and have spent time at Ashley, Lottie Schmidt Elementary, as well as one year at the High School.

I received my Bachelor's of Science in Education with a major in art education and a minor in English from Wayne State University.  My areas of interest for my own artwork include drawing, sculpture, and ceramics.  My favorite artists include Claude Monet, Georgia O'Keeffe, and Vincent Van Gogh.  I have also been known to dabble in creative writing, having written and entered two scripts in screenwriting competitions.
