*****STUDENTS THAT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN A SPORT, MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL DATED ON OR AFTER 4/15/2024, TO BE ELIGIBLE TO TRYOUT. If you have a physical for your student, you can email it to Roxanne Binge, the athletic secretary, at rbinge@abs.misd.net, we do not have a system in place for uploaded physicals, so please email them to Mrs. Binge, or have your student bring them to the office at the start of the school year.*********

SOFTBALL TRYOUTS: Softball tryouts for 7th & 8th graders will be Tuesday, 4/1/25, Wednesday, 4/2/25 and Thursday, 4/3/25. Practices will be Monday-Thursday, unless there is a game, from 3:00pm-5:00pm. STUDENTS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE, DATED ON OR AFTER 4/15/2024, TO PARTICIPATE.

TRACK: Track is for 7th & 8th graders, it is a NO CUT sport, all 7th & 8th graders that want to participate can participate. There will be a student meeting in the commons, during 6th hour, on Thursday, 3/20/25, for anyone interested.  Practices will begin on Wednesday, 4/2/25 and will be Monday-Friday, unless there is a meet, from 3:00pm-4:30pm. STUDENTS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL, DATED ON OR AFTER 4/15/2024, ON FILE TO PARTICIPATE.

FOOTBALL CONDITIONING FOR 8TH GRADERS INTERESTED IN FOOTBALL NEXT YEAR: The High School Football program will be holding workouts for current 8th graders, interested in playing football next year. The workouts will be at the High School, starting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The workouts will run from approximately 3:15pm-4:15pm. Workouts will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 1, 2025-May 22, 2025. There will be NO workout on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, due to a district Professional Development Day. Mr. Latona, from South, has arranged busing from MSN and MSS to the High School on these days.  Students will need to be picked up, by parents, from the High School when the work-out is over.
