*****STUDENTS THAT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN A SPORT, MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL DATED ON OR AFTER 4/15/2024, TO BE ELIGIBLE TO TRYOUT. If you have a physical for your student, you can email it to Roxanne Binge, the athletic secretary, at rbinge@abs.misd.net, we do not have a system in place for uploaded physicals, so please email them to Mrs. Binge, or have your student bring them to the office at the start of the school year.**********

WRESTLING OPTIONAL CONDITIONING: Optional conditioning for wrestling will start on Tuesday, 12/3/24, from 5:30pm-7pm and will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at MSN in the commons. STUDENTS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL, DATED ON OR AFTER 4/15/2024, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE TO PARTICIPATE.

WRESTLING PRACTICE FOR THE SEASON: Practice will be Monday-Friday, starting 2/3/25, at MSN from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Wrestling is a NO-CUT sport, any 6th, 7th & 8th graders can participate.  STUDENTS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL, DATED ON OR AFTER 4/15/24, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE TO PARTICIPATE.

7TH & 8TH GRADE GIRLS BASKETBALL TRYOUTS:  8th grade girls basketball tryouts will be at North on Monday, 1/27/25, Tuesday, 1/28/25 and Wednesday 1/29/25 from 3pm-5pm.  7th grade girls basketball tryouts will be at Lighthouse Elementary, door 10, Monday, 1/27/25, Tuesday, 1/28/25 and Wednesday, 1/29/25 from 4pm-5:30pm. Students must leave school at the end of the day and return to Lighthouse for tryouts.     STUDENTS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL, DATED ON OR AFTER 4/15/2024, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE TO PARTICIPATE.
